Support FAQ
How do I restore Pulse Pro?
Open Pulse settings or the Pulse Pro screen and use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
How do I cancel or manage my monthly subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting Pulse does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Does the lifetime purchase expire?
Pulse Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase for the current application and can be restored using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple's StoreKit availability and policies.
Why does a market price differ from another service?
Market prices can differ because of providers, trading venues, refresh intervals, selected currencies, market hours, and delayed or temporarily unavailable data.
Why is a widget not updating immediately?
iOS controls widget refresh timing. Open Pulse to refresh shared information, check that the relevant asset is configured, and confirm that Low Power Mode or system scheduling is not delaying updates.
How do I enable price alerts and notifications?
Check notification settings inside Pulse and in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pulse. Alerts also depend on the assets and thresholds configured in the app.
Is Pulse financial advice?
No. Pulse provides informational tracking and conversion tools only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
Does Pulse require an account?
No. Pulse does not require registration or a Pulse account.
How do I report incorrect data or a bug?
Email pulseglobeapp@gmail.com and include the asset, selected period, device, iOS version, app version, and a screenshot if possible.
How are purchases and refunds handled?
Apple processes purchases. Refund requests and billing matters are handled under Apple's applicable policies and support process.
